Enviroseal Bund lining and Oil/Fuel Liners
Primary lining containment liners are used for the primary containment for internal tank linings. In secondary containment for most Oil, Chemical, Fuel situations the tanks are built on top of the liner which is protected with a geotextile then a backfill layer, the membrane will then extend 1.5m beyond the tanks walls. The tank will then be built and filled to allow any settlement to occur. Enviroseal will then return back to site and weld the base liner to the membrane to form the bund. When the bund lining is complete this area should have sufficient capacity for the tanks contents, if in the unfortunate situation the tank was to have a leak or a structural failure.
Enviroseal’s highly qualified teams are experienced in installing a wide variety of solutions across the petro-chemical industry (including COMAH sites). All of our site installation teams are BS TWI certificated, CSCS card holders and have undergone relevant health and safety training to suit most sites. Enviroseal’s on site welding teams test each individual seam by either air testing or vacuum box testing.
