Enviroseal are working closely with farmers and contractors across the country to help them comply with the Nitrate Pollution Prevention Regulations. With the government deadline of 1st January 2012 approaching farmers, in the nitrate vulnerable zone are required to provide additional slurry storage for up to six months of the year. We are supplying and installing lining solutions for farm slurry stores that comply with SSAFO regulations. Enviroseal offer a 25 year materials installation warranty on all of our projects.

Lagoon liners are used for the containment of agricultural waste such as manure on farms. Today there are many restrictions when it comes the containment of agricultural by products on farms and dairies. Our line of membranes comply with the Environment Agency guidelines. We also provide highly qualified installation teams to fabricate on site lining projects. Our liner materials enable projects where liquid loss is often a major concern to be lined efficiently & successfully. All of our site installation teams are BS TWI certificated.

The most commonly used membrane for farm lagoon liners is a high density polyethylene HDPE. Our high density polyethylene geomembranes provide an impermeable barrier against a wide range of solids and liquids. They have excellent chemical and UV resistance, impermeability, and high yield and welded strengths. Our lagoon liners are guaranteed to withstand the harsh effects of nature. Enviroseal’s lagoon liners can withstand extreme weather conditions such as high heat levels and below freezing conditions. The liner thicknesses vary between 1.0mm to 2.0 mm.All of our Enviroseal liners come with a guarantee, this will vary on the liner thickness. All liners supplied by Enviroseal are tested by an independent, third party, geosynthetics testing laboratory which is UKAS accredited.

Application

Soil conditions should be taken into consideration when choosing a membrane for a farm lagoon liner. Enviroseal can provide a geotextile underlay to protect against sharp or angular stones which could damage the membrane. Enviroseal also offer comprehensive range on fixings for pipe entries and concrete structures.
